Then we were off to the airport! We were getting more and more excited, and like squealing inside ourselves we were so happy! (Well, probably not all of us, the squealing part I mean!)
Once we got there, and found where she would be coming out, we didn't have long to wait before she came down the escalator!
There she is! Tired, but SO happy to be back in Japan!
Waiting for her suitcase. Mama's happy! Ann told us ahead of time that she was going to give Mama a hug first. :)
It was SO GOOD to be able to give her a hug again!!!
Yipppeeee! Annie's back!!! Everybody looks really happy don't they!
It was so nice to have 7 of us again! It's been a really long time since there were 8 of us. :( But it was nice, 7 plates, 7 cups, etc. 5 girls again!!! (We have a blast!) Oh, it was SO nice! The Lord was really good to us, to allow her to come back for 3 weeks! It went by so fast, but it was really special!
Every one of us colored a few letters on the banner for Ann. She's guessing who colored what in this picture.
This was from the Wilhite boys. They asked if it was ok to decorate the entryway with balloons for Ann coming home. (Mrs. Shellee supervised. ;) ) Daddy told them that they could, but didn't tell the rest of us, so all of us were surprised when we got home late Tuesday night. We left them there until before Emilie's English Class students came the next day, and as our mailman comes in the morning, he probably was very amused and curious as to our new 'decorations!'
Well, this is just the first of the posts of Ann being home, and more will be coming soon... hopefully!
