Today it was snowing... We still have a ton of snow, so we couldn't very likely wear summer outfits. :) Kristen made a jumper for summer that she wore today, it was really cute.
We picked up a girl for church, she is from a church in Asahikawa and will be going to college here! We are happy to have another person coming to church!
Bro. Hatanaka came for Sunday School and later brought his mother for church! We were really glad to see her. I met her at McDonalds a while back, but I was glad to see her again.
2 moms and their 4 children came too.
We missed having the Wilhites with us, but were glad they could be a help elsewhere.
Everybody brought food. It was soooo yummy! There was sekihan(pink rice), nori maki(california rolls), chili(as in hot) shrimp, oriental baked chicken, takoyaki(octopus dumplings), chirashizushi(rice with pickled vegetables, eggs, shrimp and seaweed) and seaweed salad! I'm sorry if this doesn't sound good, but I really enjoyed it and I ate too much! :)
Daddy's messages were really good, he talked about the proof of Christ's resurrection and that if it had been made up, the women wouldn't have been the first to see Christ. Because women were considered lesser than men.
I'm sorry I didn't take any pictures, I will start taking more now. :)
